My kids love this advent calendar. The caramels are incredible.
Two wishes for next year's: 1) please tell us where the salts are from - my kids want to know, especially since they're from around the world! 2) it would be great to have a bit more variety in there in addition to the caramels, as the luster has begun to wear off a tad after the 4th day.
The Allagash Sixteen Counties Spicy Chili Beer Brittle is everything you want brittle to be! It’s sweet, a little hot and smoky from the chipotle pepper, crisp, crunchy and a little bitter from the beer which makes it very special I’ve tried all sorts of peanut brittle and this one is by far the absolutely best!

My favorite brew. One large mug with such depth of flavor feels like two. Favorite is the Fierce but like them all. I use an old fashioned percolator which keeps the coffee hot.
My tour guide was very knowledgeable. I learned a lot about making chocolate. I loved the tasting at the end. I experienced chocolate flavors I had never had. I wish I would have been able to see them make Bon bons
